Amy Webb, President
Amy Webb is the president and owner of Saratoga Benefit Services, LLC. She relies on her 25-plus years of insurance-industry experience to safely navigate her clients through the dreaded task of administering employee benefits. Ms. Webb established Saratoga Benefits in 1998.
A seasoned insurance broker, Amy educates her clients’ employees to appreciate the equal importance of their benefits and their paychecks. Her success rate for helping clients get the most value from their health care and other benefits is consistent; her concern for ensuring clients’ benefit plans comply with ongoing regulatory changes is genuine. Because Amy’s maternalistic instinct kicks in, she’ll know when you need some hand-holding while making the tough health care decisions you’d rather not.
Amy has recently formed a strategic affiliation with BCA Insurance Group, a full-service broker with over 50 years of experience providing customized, cutting-edge, property casualty insurance. BCA shares the same ideals that Amy values — integrity, attentiveness and responsiveness. Together, they can offer more diverse services and still maintain the same personalized touch their clients have come to expect.
Ms. Webb holds a B.A. in Economics and Business from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. Prior to founding Saratoga Benefit Services, she served as a brokerage manager for a major insurance firm in Philadelphia. Amy’s Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) certification designates her deep knowledge of consumer-directed health care. She is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida. Additionally, Amy is a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
Amy is a long-time member of the Rotary Club of Moorestown and has held multiple board positions, including president. She is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Burlington Regional Chamber of Commerce. A former Chairman of the Board at Rowan College of Burlington County (RCBC), she is the only woman to have this position. She currently serves on the board of RCBC’s Foundation.
Amy is a USTA-rated (United States Tennis Association) tennis player. She has represented local tennis clubs such as the Moorestown Field Club and Cherry Hill Racquet Club in competitive matches. Ms. Webb is also a longtime golf enthusiast who enjoys teeing up at golf courses in South Jersey and beyond. Come summertime, Amy relishes her annual trek to the Jersey shore for a Long Beach Island vacation. She resides in Moorestown, NJ, with her family.
Bill Webb, Account Executive
Bill Webb is the account executive for Saratoga Benefit Services, where he manages and maintains existing accounts in addition to driving new business development. He guides companies through the maze of health insurance to help them understand and get the most value from their plans.
His experience working for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., the fourth largest insurance brokerage firm in the world, has created a knowledgeable foundation in the property/casualty insurance industry. This experience has prepared him for his role as the liaison for the strategic affiliation with BCA Insurance Group, a full-service brokerage firm with over 50 years’ experience of providing cutting-edge risk management solutions.
Bill’s goal is to enhance services by introducing existing and prospective clients to an array of new services provided by BCA. He believes that these expanded services will allow middle market companies to receive the personal touch and dedication of a family business with the resources of a large regional broker. Bill is excited about the strategic affiliation with BCA, as Saratoga seamlessly expands these services for their clients.
He taps into his vast knowledge of risk assessment and coverage options as well as marketing and entrepreneurial experience to drive business development. He also understands that the key to forming relationships is to provide the best possible experience for his clients by listening and responding to their needs in a timely and accurate manner.
When he isn’t working with clients and developing risk-management solutions, he is facing-off on the field as a coach for the Moorestown Lacrosse Club, relaxing in LBI, or cheering on Philadelphia’s sports teams.

Kim Pewor
Kim Pewor is the Client Services Manager at Saratoga Benefit Services, with over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry. She handles the day-to-day administration of plans, specializing in insurance enrollment forms for new hires, implementing changes in plans, and resolving insurance claims or billing issues quickly and efficiently.
As an administrator, she makes sure that their clients’ paperwork is filled out accurately and that are all deadlines are met, so that no lapses in coverage occur. Also, she educates clients about the details of their plans, such as going in and out of the network, what is covered, required pre-certifications for certain procedures, and other necessary details to make sure that clients’ needs are managed.
Happily married for more than 24 years, Kim still resides in Cinnaminson, NJ, in the same house that she moved into so many years ago, and has two adult sons. Kim enjoys walking her dog (a favorite family member), working out at the gym, and getting together for family gatherings.
